A game-changing jacket from Rab that can serve equally well as a softshell or a soft hardshell jacket.  Feels like a softshell, performs like a hardshell. This multi-functional layering piece feels surprisingly much softer than the vast majority of rain jackets, and does not have that "crinkly" and "boardy" feel that most people have come to expect from a waterproof 3-layer rain shell.  The fabric also includes some stretch, is at the upper end of breathability as far as waterproof/breathable jackets go, and is comprised of a high performance polyurethane membrane laminated between two high gauge knit fabrics where the outer fabric is treated for water repellency and the inner fabric is designed to wick and help move moisture quickly through and out of the jacket.
